Rustic split bamboo slat fences have been used for centuries in many regions of the world where bamboo is available. It can be used on its own or attached to cover a chain link fence for added beauty and privacy. They are inexpensive and easy to install. Bamboo slats or split bamboo fences are woven together with black nylon coated wire, as opposed to other split bamboo slat fences in the market that usually tie their fences with bare metal wire exposing unsightly metal and rust. The fence is semi-opaque, which provides some privacy. The unique color of the bamboo slats makes it one of the most gorgeous and striking, looking bamboo fences on the market today. The bamboo slats we use are about 1/2" wide. They are packed in a roll for convenience in shipping and setting up. Due to the natural material used, the color will vary and may not look exactly like the photos shown. These fences are not solid, and you WILL be able to see through them.

Heather fences, also known as brushwood fences, are ideal for covering up the unwanted appearance of a chain-link fence, creating a privacy screen for your patio, creating a new fence mixed with wood, or in decorative ways throughout the interior of your house or yard. This heather fence is woven with a brown nylon-coated wire that will blend naturally into the fence. These panels were the perfect edging for my English garden inspired landscape project around my dahlia beds. For installation, I would recommend getting a long drill bit just slightly skinnier than the legs on these panels and pre-drilling holes into the ground and then using a rubber mallet to tap them into place. Otherwise I don't think the legs will hold up while going into the ground unless you have very soft soil with no rocks.. Katie. Davenport, CA. Mon May 12 2025
