The lightest and most garden-fresh piece in the collection this rug feels like the first warm day of the year rendered in wool. Across a pale celadon and ivory ground the familiar bird-and-botanical composition unfolds with an ease and softness that sets it apart from every other colorway. The paired thrushes are here in warm marigold and soft coral their spotted plumage picked out in blush and rose against the pale field. A pair of large cream chrysanthemum blooms anchor the mid-field their full frilled heads almost luminous against the surrounding greenery. Above them birds flank a central tulip form; below a final pair lean toward hanging fruit in terracotta and rust grounding the composition with just enough warmth. The foliage is the quiet achievement of this piece. Rather than a single green the leaves and stems move across five or six distinct tones from pale celadon and sage through to deeper olive and forest giving the surface a genuine sense of growth and layering. Nothing is flat. The botanical forms read as if they are actually growing across the field one plane behind another. The border frames all of this in mid-tone sage and hunter green broad and confident with a fine coral-pink inner rule that separates it from the field with a single warm line. It gives the rug a structured finish without imposing on the gentle character of the interior. Worked in LoomBloom's loop-and-cut pile technique using high-twist wool the pale ground benefits particularly from the high-twist construction it holds its clarity and resists soiling better than a standard hand-hooked surface. It sheds significantly less than comparable pieces and brings a settled natural warmth to any room it enters. Some designs were never meant to stay flat on a wall. William Morris spent his life drawing the natural world its tangled branches its bold blooms its birds caught mid-flight with a devotion that went far beyond decoration. At LoomBloom we asked a simple question: what happens when those designs come alive underfoot? The answer is this collection - Each rug begins with Morris's original botanical vocabulary the layered foliage the mirrored bird pairs the endlessly scrolling vines and translates it into hand-hooked wool using our loop-and-cut pile technique. Where Morris worked in ink and dye on flat cloth our artisans work in three dimensions varying the cut and loop across each design zone so that petals sit differently from leaves and stems read differently from grounds. The result is a surface with genuine depth one that shifts as light moves across it through the day. The collection spans seven colorways from a near-black garden dense with forest greens and coral roses to an airy antique-white field scattered with powder-blue birds and terracotta blooms. There is something here for every room- rooms that want drama and rooms that want calm. Innovative Loop & Cut Pile Technique - Unlike machine-tufted rugs where pile height is uniform and anonymous LoomBloom's artisans vary the loop-to-cut ratio across each design zone. Botanical fills carry uncut loops for a subtle gleam; flower heads are cut for softness; stem tracery alternates for dimensionality. The result is a surface that reads like a Morris original with depth shadow and light that shift as you move around the room.

"Celebrating the iconic artistry of William Morris this Arts & Crafts pictorial rug unfolds as a living tapestry of nature songbirds blossoms and flowing vines entwined in a lush symmetrical composition. The absence of borders gives the design a fluid contemporary edge while keeping the richness of Morriss vision intact. Hand tufted in pure wool with a plush .75"" pile it features a striking palette of black blue ivory blush orange peach green and multi tones. Both timeless and versatile this rug offers a perfect balance of heritage beauty and modern sophistication making it a captivating centerpiece for any interior."Story Behind the Art: William Morris a leading figure of the 19th century Arts & Crafts Movement revolutionized home interiors by combining fine craftsmanship with nature inspired design. His rugs often hand knotted in wool or silk feature intricate floral and botanical patterns rich symmetry and a timeless sense of balance. Iconic pieces like the Bullerswood Carpet reflect his belief that everyday objects should be both functional and beautiful. Originally woven in his Hammersmith and Merton Abbey workshops Morriss carpets remain celebrated for their artistry and durability. Today Morris style rugs are reimagined through both traditional hand knotted and hand tufted recreations and modern collections offering a perfect blend of historic charm sophistication and lasting elegance for contemporary living spaces.

Thoughtfully designed with vintage-inspired motifs and a classic color palette, the Rifle Paper Co. X Loloi Eden collection is feminine yet elegant, bringing a certain warmth to any space. Eden is made especially cozy with our printed construction, CloudPile™, a thick and soft fabrication, that marries the best of affordable printed rugs with the plushness of a pile.

Beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Found the rug at Home Goods but very expensive and much cheaper on Wayfair. It’s so soft and great quality. Vacuums great. Love love it.. Alysson. Tue Oct 20 2026

The Morris rug is a hand tufted wool area rug in a traditional oriental design, with an ivory field and accents of yellow, green, blue, brown, red and rust. Hand tufted means wool yarn is punched through a backing by hand with a tufting tool, then secured with a latex backing, which gives a dense, even pile at a lower price than hand knotted. The pile is about 1/2 inch of wool, soft underfoot and easy to vacuum. Sizes in this listing: 2'6" x 10' runner, 4' x 6', 5' x 8', 6' x 9', 7'9" x 9'9", 8'9" x 11'9", 9'6" x 13'6", and 4', 6' and 7'9" rounds. The runner suits hallways and kitchens, the larger rectangles anchor a living room or dining table, and the rounds work in entryways and under a round table. Made in India. Care: vacuum regularly without a beater bar, blot spills right away, and use a rug pad. Some shedding is normal in the first weeks of a new wool rug.

Bring timeless botanical character to your home with this vintage-inspired William Morris floral rug. Intricate leafy vines, stylized florals, and nature-inspired details unfold across a rich sage and deep green ground, accented with touches of warm red and golden yellow for added depth. The layered pattern captures the decorative character of classic Arts and Crafts textiles while the softly distressed finish gives it a collected, lived-in look. Easy to pair with warm wood, cream upholstery, cottage, traditional, and eclectic interiors, this low-profile rug also features machine-washable construction and a built-in non-slip backing for practical everyday use.

what a beautiful rug! i’ve been waiting for the perfect rug for my couch and this is it! not only does it look like it should be in a hobbit home, but it is soft a cozy. the colors are as they appeared online, and i’m ready to get another one. the closeup pic is to show that even though it came folded up in a small box, there were no big wrinkles from the start, and it didn’t have to sit out to flatten. fantastic!. Sandy. Ocala, FL. Sun Jul 19 2026

This Oriental area rug anchors your home in classic style with its detailed floral motif. Hand-tufted from wool, it brings a rich, dense texture that feels comforting underfoot. The detailed pattern adds visual depth without overwhelming existing decor, while the cotton backing provides structural stability across various floor types. It stands up to regular foot traffic, making it a functional addition to busy entryways or gathering areas. Plus, its stain-resistant design makes everyday maintenance simple and worry-free. We recommend pairing this piece with a rug pad to prevent slipping.

after looking at many rugs I went with this one and could not be happier! It fits my arts and crafts bungalow perfectly and brings out the art nouveau vibe I'm looking for. The rug is thick and plush and the colors are a bit more muted than the online photos which I like. Overall, a great purchase!. Alison. Martinez, CA. Fri Jun 19 2026

Bring a richly layered, vintage-inspired look to your space with this botanical bird-print area rug. The detailed pattern creates an artful focal point, while the soft faux-wool surface adds a comfortable feel underfoot. Its 0.2-inch low pile fits easily beneath furniture and is designed for convenient everyday care. The rug is foldable and machine washable, and the TPE backing helps reduce shifting on smooth floors. A versatile choice for living rooms, bedrooms, dining areas, entryways, and other frequently used spaces.

Gorgeous rug! You definitely need a rug pad underneath as it’s a thin washable rug.. Jennifer. Lakewood, OH. Sun Apr 12 2026

There is something unhurried about this rug the kind of piece that settles into a room rather than announcing itself. A warm ivory ground gives the whole design an airy almost watercolour quality across which paired thrushes sprawling botanical forms and fruit-laden branches unfold in full symmetry. The birds are rendered in soft terracotta and latte their spotted plumage picked out with gentle precision while the foliage spreads in layered chambray blue and cool aqua across the field. Blush peach and warm sand weave through the blooms and fruit clusters keeping the palette from reading as simply cool. The composition is fully symmetrical birds face each other across a central tulip medallion in the upper field while a lower register shows two more birds heads dipped toward a cluster of hanging fruit. Every corner is filled with botanical detail yet nothing feels crowded. Pattern without weight. The border shifts the mood just enough a deeper periwinkle-blue outer band grounds the composition and gives the rug its quiet authority while a fine running wave in cream provides the transition back to the ivory field. Worked in LoomBloom's loop-and-cut pile technique using high-twist wool the surface holds the fine line of each leaf and feather with clarity and sheds significantly less than comparable hand-hooked pieces. A rug that lives easily alongside natural linens whitewashed walls and rooms that breathe. Some designs were never meant to stay flat on a wall.
