Ticking Stripes is as classic as it gets when it comes to home textiles. Although it comes from humble beginnings, Ticking Stripes are no longer utilitarian and have found their place in modern design intending to evoke a homespun or industrial aesthetic.

I looked for some time for the perfect duvet cover and just couldn't find anything I likes. Was trying for a bit of a old-time/country/industrial look and nothing felt right until I found this one. It's perfect - goes well with my black and white scheme without being too significant of a patter. Great back drop of whatever else I want to do. It's nice and heavy - workmanship is great. Feels like it's going to last for a long time, which is good, because it was definitely on the higher side of what I was planning on spending, but think it will be worth it in the long run. Took a little longer to get, but it says it was made to order, which I believe after getting it. Washed up very well, a little stiff to start, but much softer after the first wash. Love it!. This duvet is just beautiful. It’s 100% cotton and just silky to the touch. I really wouldn’t call it beige: it’s more of an ivory. There are good ties in each corner to secure the comforter inside.
