Functionality is at the chore with this wooden filing cabinet with full-extension roller glides to access your hanging files. For the price, the cabinet is worth it. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for thick, heavy folders or for everyday use. It is suitable for recordsreportsreceipts that you want to keep but don’t need frequent access to. The cabinet was easy to assemble except for the issue of the drawer glides being installed incorrectly. Fortunately, my husband was able to figure out why and reinstalled the glides properly.. By. Add a stunning focal point to your room and create a functional workspace with this Two-drawer Lateral File. A signature piece in the Huntington collection, it makes storing files a breeze. A rich Antique Vintage Pecan finish highlights its stylish design.

The color shows a honey shade but what we got matches the chestnut description much darker than shown. To me, the smell of the piece is like a brand new pair of leather shoes if you put your nose right in the shoe box, it is house filling. To my wife the smell is intolerable, we hope it will calm down after a while. It arrived in perfect shape and is a delight to the eyes. It has a counter weight built right in to help prevent tip over. The file hanger rails are easy to adjust on ours, with no tools needed just lift and slide push back down. We ordered two of these. One arrived in the damaged box shown in the photo, but all the pieces were there. However, the other photo shows that the bottom drawer sits back too far and exposes the particle board beneath it. You can see how it compares to the other cabinet which is correct.
