Everything I wanted for my new apartment. I was just looking for a temporary facuet that would replace the horriable piece of junk that came with our apartment. The spout is long and I can finally wash larger pots without too much trouble. I've only had it for a month so I can't comment on the durability but i haven't had any problems with it yet. It was easy to install ( my first time installing a faucet BTW). The sprayer however makes a funny noise, idk if its because of my installation or not but that doesn't bother me. Good quality faucet. You might need this model over model 8244, which has 4.5" handles, if your spay nozzle is less than four inches from the cold water valve. I learned that the colored foil stickers for hot and cold can be removed, exposing a recessed chrome area with recessed H and C lettering within.
