The Big Comfy Couch. It is cushy and plush. It came in 3 boxes. When putting it together, I would suggest putting one box together at a time. This will cut down on mixing up parts and pieces. It is relatively easy to put together if you have general knowledge of putting furniture together. I ordered the charcoal grey. The color is spot on. The furniture looks great. Everything was intact, feels really comfortable. I did have the full service delivery which I did not receive. They just bought the items into the living room and left. Did not put anything together. Did not takeoff any of the packaging or take it with them and now I have a garage full of packaging.
