Love this bench. It’s heavy and durable. I did spray the fabric with scotch guard spray due to concern that the fabric will stain easily. Had it two days and it’s already dirty- hoping it cleans easily. Easy to build. There are velcroed storage bins inside which can be removed easily for larger item storage. Very nice feature c. Toni. The Painswick Storage Bench is the perfect perch for removing boots in an entryway or garden shoes in the mud room. Crafted of pine in a smooth finish, Painswick's three removable woven baskets provide no-fuss storage, and a white cotton cushion completes the look with comfort and farmhouse charm.

Turned out very nice! I love it! Going to put this in my foyer for people to put their shoes in. Took about 30-45 minutes to put together wasn’t bad at all. The only thing we had an issue with is with one of the screws on the basket. We had to leave that one out because it would not screw in for some reason and it doesn’t affect the usability of it because it’s the screw in the back. Overall very nice buy highly recommend!. Beautiful but useless!! There are 2 places that should have be pre drilled for screws, but wasn’t and the bench is very unstable to sit on. Thank you for sending a replacement part. Bench is sturdy and useable. Would recommend Not sure what to do. May see(or pay) if someone will drill the holes.. Connie. Lancaster, Ohio. Thu Nov 05 2026

Topped with a foam-filled cushion wrapped in polyester, it's the perfect spot to slip on your shoes in the morning. The upper section is wrapped in woven abaca fibers for a breezy coastal farmhouse look, while a wide apron and short angled sides add character.

This is a lovely bench. We use it to take our shoes on and off. The wicker is a nice touch to balance the wood pieces we have in the adjacent room. As well, I purchased longer legs on Amazon, which we needed to raise the height of the bench. It was too low before. Too, I added a lambswool throw on top to add softness and texture, as well. It looks nice with or without the throw. I would recommend this purchase.. Gina. Orlinda, TN. Mon Nov 02 2026

I love this bench. The seat is firm The whole bench seems very well-made. The wood is pretty. There is a vent on the floor in my entry and because of the wood slats in the shelves I was able to set it over the vent without blocking the airflow. The bench is not very wide, so it doesn’t stick out into my entry, but it’s wide enough to sit on and bend over to put on shoes. My husband has large feet and his shoes. Don’t stick out from the shelves. (Although one shoe in the photo is not pushed all the way in, so it appears to stick out) I was so surprised to realize how well the fabric matches my walls! Another bonus is that it comes fully assembled so it’s ready right out of the box!. Kristin. Londonderry, NH. Mon Aug 24 2026
