I bought this outdoor seating set because it’s flexible. You a separate the pieces if you’d prefer smaller seating areas. I also love the wide arm rests. They’re wide enough that you can rest. Plate of food, your drink or more importantly, a book! That rattan is sturdy and holds up well in our New England weather. I can’t say enough positive things bout the cushions. Repels water, if you spill something or it’s rained on the water just puddles and runs off. The cushions are thick and comfy. The back cushions have a zipper so I can take them off to be washed. Nice looking and comfortable height but challenging and time consuming to assemble. Well packaged, everything was there even though mine was an "open box". It looked like someone opened the box, saw all the pieces and parts and put the lid back on. Plan on 4-5 hours and have a helper available. Have something that measures in metric because all the screws and bolts are that type. Pay attention to the difference between a "stepped" and "oblate" head of a bolt. To the manufacturer- please label the screw and bolt packages just like the other parts. I'm happy with them and my wife commented how nice they look but take your time with the assembly.. Dave. A little shipper snafu of box damage but pieces inside were not damaged, received on time overall. Some pieces were extremely hard to get apart to start assembly, but after 4 hours total had the set completed with two people working on it.
