This chair is as cute and comfy as it looks! I was able to assemble it alone (although a lot of reviews suggest 2 ppl). Definitely keep all of the screws super loose and barely screwed in at first and tighten at the end- I think that's the trick! Customer service on this item is amazing as well. Laura and her team took great care of me when I had a small complaint with one of the rattan pieces...they had a new replacement part sent out to me as an express delivery within a day or two- Incredible!.
