Was hesitant to buy this based on the one other review showing the baggy back support but I liked the look and took a gamble. Glad I did! The instructions aren’t super clear, so at first I made the same mistake as the other reviewer and got the saggy back, but then I looked at the product photos and instructions more closely and realized the back support needed to loop around the top bar before securing it the bottom. The chairs arrived quickly and well packaged. The directions were very easy to follow with each chair having it’s parts labeled in separate bags. That made assembly quick for me.
