Natural rattan may be deformed by moisture, but don't worry, it will return to its original shape after drying. 2. When you notice the door is not flush, you can start by adjusting the foot plugs at the bottom. 3. We use natural rattan imported from Indonesia, the rattan color will change with time, temperature, humidity, etc. If you notice that the color of the rattan is different, don't worry. After some time, the rattan surface will become the same color.

Very nice, comfortable. Only assembly needed is the feet - however, the problem is that the holes don’t quite line up and this results in the whole set being terribly wobbly. this set was actually much nicer than expected. Had purchased to put on our front porch and not really be used (more for visual than function) but they are comfortable and really nice in person. They do swivel and rock slightly. Cushions are fairly thick which was a nice surprise. I figured I'd have to have them replaced as other sets' cushions have been lackluster at best.
