My cats and I love this beautiful, comfy Dakota Fields rattan cat bed! Our 10-month old kittens, Linus and Samwise, ran up and into it the second I unboxed it. Well, Linus got in, and Sam wanted to join him! Now the bed is on our cat shelves, and our 12-year old Flame Point Siamese mix Oscar sleeps in it every morning after breakfast. I took the pic of him curled up and sleeping deeply as I was writing this review. Oscar is almost 13 lbs, and Linus is about 11 lbs, and they both fit very well. I do not see how anyone could find this bed too small. Both Linus and Sam fit last week, though they are not full grown yet. Linus, the white and tabby cat, also likes it when Oscar is not there first. The pillow is very large for a cat pillow, but they seem to like it now. Very cute basket bed. Small for a 12 lbs chihuahua, but she tried to fit and likes small places. The pillow cushion doesn’t have much support so minus one star. I’d recommend adding foam underneath it to make more comfortable and can always add your own designed fabric to it for a more fun an customized look.
