It took 2 1/2 to 3 hours to put together, and there were a couple parts that were difficult because of the angle of the drill holes, but other than that, it went together really easily. The drawers feel smooth, and I like the leather accents on the handles. The drawers are a little smaller than I was expecting but for a decorative dresser I think this is just fine.
