EXCELLENTO! Arrived on time. The big box got me a bit nervous but after opening it was a breeze for this 70 year old young woman to assemble it in no time. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING about my new chair, especially the messages, the heat....and yes....the lift! And THE PRICE WAS RIGHT for such a beautiful recliner. I'M IN LOVE WITH WAYFAIR NOW! UPDATE......Springs coming up pressing against leather seat and sitting is so uncomfortable and uneven and every so often when in recliner position the entire chair just drops with forceful landing. This happened at first but after a few times just stopped so I thought the issue had been resolved. I just got this Nov 5th 2025! So glad I purchased the insurance.! Unacceptable! Looking elsewhere for quality and comfort!. Evalyn. Junction City, OR. Sat Oct 10 2026

I think this couch is very comfortable, not too firm but not too squishy either. Its good structure for a couch in an area where you will be sitting up and talking with others rather than lounging in front of the TV. I find it comfortable enough for lounging but my husband does not. He prefers ultra plush squishy couches. The material is great. The color is true to the image. It came well packaged.. Elyse. My husband and I LOVE this couch. I was hesitant because there wasn’t many reviews but I’m glad we just got it anyway. I refuse to fall into the “boneless” couch trend and I HATE the corduroy material also, so this couch was perfect. My husband is 6’3 300lbs and fits on it perfectly. He was particularly about seat depth and he loves this couch. Definitely 1010 recommended. Very comfortable and so much storage. We had to use one of the chairs as a sectional due to limited space but I stilll love it. We also SLEPT on it and it was extremely comfortable, we didn’t want to go back to our bed!! We searched the app up and down before winging it with this couch. Couldn’t be happier!!. Anonymous. Mon Oct 12 2026
