The Wayfair rep told me I had to repackage the item and drop them off at FedEx which is not my responsibility. I’m waiting to hear from a supervisor but haven’t and that was 4 days ago. We just bought a new home and we have many more rooms to furnish. I am a Wayfair Rewards member and have been very happy with all previous orders up until the last 3 shipments. If this isn’t resolved I won’t be purchasing anything else. We simply do not have the time to assemble, reassemble or take damaged items to FedEx. Disappointing.
