Unfortunately, there are 2 fabric injuries that are impossible to hide. One of the boxes had a rip in it that had been resealed with packing tape. As a result the fabric was badly damaged. I absolutely love the size of this couch! It’s very spacious and has plenty of room for multiple people to relax comfortably. I was initially worried that it would be too white, but it’s actually more of an off-white, which I really like. The chenille fabric is soft, comfortable, and feels nice. The cushions do fluff back up after sitting on them. I like to fluff them before bed so they’re nice and fluffy again the next day. The back pillows are also firm and sturdy, which I really like. One downside is that the modular pieces don’t line up perfectly, so there are some noticeable gaps between the pieces and along the back. However, I really love that you can move the modular pieces around and change the configuration whenever you want. Overall, this couch is great for movie nights, lounging, or just relaxing. It's a beautiful well made couch. But, it sits so high my feet do not touch the ground even when sitting on the edge. I am 5'4". It is a great couch to sit on for a period of time but it is too hard to lay down on, for any period of time. It is very big! I mean it is not 89 inches in total, it is more like 144" with the chaise attached.
