The desk is very nice and what I needed for my office. The top is especially nice. I would not have paid the full price for it, but the discounted price was worth it. It took me about four hours to put together by myself however the instructions were pretty easy to follow. I’m not sure if I was sent the right color though. Overall, I absolutely love this desk! It did arrive with a few minor issues that Wayfair rectified. This is a solid piece of furniture. I would definitely recommend paying for the delivery and setup. The two compartments on the top lift up to open but sadly they do not lock in place to remain open, which could be a little inconvenient but there is a slow close on it so it does not slam closed. **TIP** there is a piece that covers the top so you can possibly sit items up there that is probably some type of mdf board and it probably blends in with the packaging and mine was thrown out, so just be mindful and ask for that piece.
