Overall pretty simple to put together…. Took me about 1.5 hours, but I put the towel bar and wheels on after the legs since my kitchen is tight on space and wasn’t sure they would work. Smaller hands make assembly a bit easier since some of the connections are in not easily assessable areas. The long and medium bolts are the same length! The Allyn wrench provided is too long, so used a smaller one I had that worked better for me. This has been a fabulous addition to our kitchen. Assembly was long, but straightforward. We did have an issue with the handle on the trash tilt-out thing. We ordered the rolling island in white with stainless top. It was a bear to assemble, but we got it done. I chose this one because the wheels are hidden. It’s a lovely cabinet from the front and adds storage in the kitchen. It moves easily, sometimes too easily. The things I’m not crazy about are the back of the cabinet has panels that are secured with plastic tabs and screws. If you’re using this as an island, just know that they will show. The top is thin metal that scratches easily and shows EVERY handfingerprint. The top MUST have a towel etc under a cutting board to protect it.
