Seems good so far, with some caveats. The door and the frame came in good condition. Unfortunately there are absolutely NO instructions. Other reviewers complained that there were no pre-drilled holes. It took a bit of trying before I figured out how to attach the hinges and drill the holes in the doors and frame. So that was not a problem. However, there are two major problems: 1. There are absolutely no instructions on how to adjust the tension in the hinges. I had to spend a lot of time on youtube to get some information though nothing specific to these particular hinges which are different from what I could see, so, even though my doors are installed, they do not swing perfectly. I asked a builder to take a look and adjust them. 2. There's absolutely nothing for attaching the frame to the wall, not only no pre-drilled holes but no suggestions on how to do it either. In the end I just drilled 3 holes in each frame and screwed them to the wall. You need very long screws as you need to get them through the longest side of the frame. nice and stylish, i’m using to keep dog out of kitchen instead of using gates. easy to install one issue i have is having them swing and land even with eachother it’s really finicky. Doors are SOLID and heavy. Very happy with quality for the price. A couple of corners were damaged during shipping. Mostly a cosmetic issue. But both Wayfair and the manufacture worked with us to find a solution. Overall very pleased. We specifically liked that these are already painted, so it was one less thing we needed to worry about right now. We didn’t do “slow close” doors, and I think that the weight of the doors will prevent us from ever needing that. We still need to have them framed out, and hardware installed.. Danielle. Denver, CO.
