It arrived nicely packed, but I took one star away as it did not come with the 2 inch wood screws needed to do its install! It also did not come with instructions for installation. This meant searching online for instructions and having to go get the screws needed for the install. I put this together myself and was happy with the instructions and the tools provided. EASY! I got this to cover an existing gas fireplace that is so lame.
