Wayfair delivered the item in great packaging, crated in a wooden box with plenty of wrapping inside. The tub arrrived with no damage, and was installed without issue. Moving this tub is not for the faint of heart—it weighs in at more than 300 pounds, and it took three grown men to move it—so plan on help to set it in its permanent location. There were also a few cracks in the metal base but I think that may have been from shipping, and I wish the foot rest went down just a little more then it does when let down all the way but other then that its great. I really like that it vibrates without bubbles so I can still use a liner for easier clean up. The faux leather cleans easily with barbacide also. I was shocked at the amount of time it took to put together because I am a very experienced DIYer. It was least 15 hours for my husband & I to sort pieces and parts (some not marked) and put the desk together. It really looks great, I’m just not sure about the ergonomics for a professional manicurist like myself. The top is very high (clients are commenting) yet I cannot raise my chair because the lower shelf hits my legs. I’m am about 5ft 4in and a 120 pounds so it’s not a size thing. I had to drill a hole for the cords and the power strip popped like it could be defective so I am not using it. I do love the storage and the bottom shelf holds my dust collector when not in use..
