This is a beautiful bathtub. The price is awesome for what you get. I love the shape as it is soft in a very square area in our bathroom. It’s super deep and the husband and I can both fit in it well. It does have a bit of a narrow center so it’s a little tight in the middle with both of us in there, but still plenty of room. This tub is absolutely stunning and excellent quality. It has been a beautiful addition to our primary bathroom and feels incredibly solid and well made. The material is high quality, retains heat well, and our plumber said it was easy to install. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is very heavy. The product listing says it weighs 165 lbs, but based on our experience, the actual overall weight is definitely more than that. We were able to get it up to our second floor with three men and a dolly, but it was definitely no easy feat. I would recommend being prepared for the weight when planning delivery and installation. It comfortably fits two adults, which has turned it into a bit of a retreat for us at the end of long days. It’s deep enough to actually soak properly, but still very easy to get in and out of. Solid and very heavy. It's alot bigger than I thought. I'm 5'3" and when I sit my feet cannot touch the end. However dirt shows easily, porous surface, finger prints from the contractors. This tub looks beautiful in the picture. The tub that came was not the tub we ordered, so we started the return process which showed that we would have to pay $150 freight costs. My husband talked to a representative on the phone and they said there was no way to reverse the charge because we had started a return online, so they only issued the refund for the tub cost. I contacted customer service via email listed at the bottom of the original order, explained the situation and asked for a refund of the freight cost since the we had not received the tub we had ordered. With in 48 hours I had an email response letting me know we would be refunded freight costs and it was back in our account 24 hours after that. We have ordered from Wayfair frequently in the past and this is the first time we have had any issue.
