We love this buffet. We had bought a black one and a white one. The directions are 95 excellent, there were a few challenges, but overall, it wasn’t difficult to put together. The 5 that we caution people on is step 16 and 17 regarding the second phase of putting the drawer slides in. These steps were difficult to understand. You have to bring the pieces to the work area to figure it out. We both were working on a piece at the same time and came across the exact same issue. We enjoy putting items together like this and saving money, but this one took so long, about six hours, (there are 37 steps for assembly) that we agreed it would’ve been better to have Wayfair do it. for the hundred bucks a piece.. I would NOT buy this Hutch from the supplier Nova Solo!!!! First one that was delivered was the wrong one completely. We called got it figured out and they were sending the correct one out. Not to mention the first one (the wrong one), had major issues. Broken shelves and cracks everywhere. Finally after 7 weeks from our original order the one we ordered showed up. Unwrap it to discover it too was damaged. And at this price point it should not come like this. After speaking to 3 different people at Wayfair and trying to start a return a week later I’m told something fell through and there was no return in progress and was sent to a manager. This manager Michelle, tried to tell me the piece was this way due to humidity in transit and could I have it fixed EXUSE ME!! No I won’t !! For 2,657.59 it should come perfect. And broken shelves are not from humidity. And the fact that we have seen 2 of their products this way is unacceptable. We want to return and a refund. She was rude and acted bothered that I wanted to do so. She didn’t explain any of the process and just said the moving company want get in contact. What about the packing it up The box is not in shipping shape! Will they provide that If all the workers I have dealt with were like her I would never shop there again. I love this cabinet. It worked perfectly with two other pantry cabinets I already had. I used this one in the center. I gave it 4 stars for 2 reasons. 1. The lights are only colored lights and there is no neutral white light. 2. There is a large hole in the center of the back to run cords. But it isn’t necessary, because it has the usb and electrical plugins on the surface of the unit. The hole needs something tall in front of it to cover it. Would be easier if the hole wasn’t there!. The storage cabinets are almost exactly what I imagined. The wood quality is reasonable for the price point, though I wish the knobs were higher quality — they’re plastic, and one arrived broken.
