This is a nice cabinet. Very sturdy and was fairly easy to assemble. I highly recommend 2 people to assemble. Be careful it can scratch. Very spacious which is exactly what I was looking for!! My only disappointment was that my bigger plates didn’t fit in the spaces behind the glass windows. I ended up putting food on those shelves. I didn’t like seeing that through the glass so I used black stock card behind the glass doors and that did the trick. I am considering changing the knobs to something more primitive. There are a couple of things to be aware of: 1) Although easy to do, there are many pieces to assemble, so count on maybe 2-3 hours of time to fully assemble the desk, hutch and all of the drawers. 2) Given the type of coated particle board construction that is used, there were some small blemishes on corners/ends of a few of the pieces. It did take my husband about 6 hours to put together and only thing was one small defect in the wood but it’s on the inside where it wouldn’t be seen. Otherwise I’m happy with this purchase.. Overall, it gets the job done, but there are a few features that seem ill-conceived. For example, the power outlet is on top of the desktop. This means if you plug something in, you'll have the cords just cluttering up your desktop. The lights are also stuck directly to the mirror, which you have to manually do with no markings of where to put each bulb so they are symmetrical, and the wires sit on top of the mirror. I’m sorry I can’t give this 5 stars, but the majority of the pieces have small chips on them and the teeny tiny pieces of styrofoam made an absolute mess on every single piece that we had to wipe off before we could even start thinking about assembly. It feels reasonably sturdy but one of the drawers naturally leaves a bit more space on the left and there is no way to fix it.
