The back piece is a thin particle board backing which was useful because we needed to insert some wires for the TV box and it was easy to make a hole and add the Samsung box for the frame TV. It is made of MDF with a wide countertop that is water and moisture resistant and features 4 legs and a center support leg that can hold up to 275 pounds. The two drawers feature metal glides for easy maneuverability, and the cabinets below have adjustable shelves on the inside for easy storage of dishes, tablecloths and utensils, and top space for frequently used items and decorative accessories.

I'm very pleased with this cabinet. It was delivered by FedEx and arrived with no damage at all. The contents in the box were pack very well. It took about 3 hours to assemble, the instructions were easy to follow. I did use my own screw driver and allen wrench. Once assembled it sits very sturdy. For a build it yourself it wasn’t too bad. It looks great. Left off the final page with the back reinforcements since it didn’t have pre-drilled holes and we were not attaching it to the wall.
