This couch is very soft and comfy. Smaller than expected but it will serve its purpose in the den. My daughter loves it. I still will give it 5 stars although one of the parts did not have the hole cut outs on the black part. I was able to find the hole located on the wood to insert the feet.. Jay. Fort Worth, TX. I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. Building the couch took about an hour, and the cushion covers were easy to put on. The ottoman is the perfect space to store blankets when we’re not using them. We are loving this couch so far!. This couch is cute and cozy. I was surprised that it came in one box. The one con I would say is that it has a smell to it? I’m going to watch the outside cushions eventually but other than that, it gets the job done. It’s comfortable and perfect for a small living room space. Alyssa. Iowa City. Sat Sep 26 2026

UPDATE the center leg kept bending sideways and the couch would fall down! Today the leg completely broke off. It’s just me in the home with the dog and we are gentle. Very disappointed!! Need new couch. Delivery day I wanted to love this couch, and there are things I really do like about it—but unfortunately, the negatives were hard to overlook. First off, the screws around the frame were difficult to get in because the foam was too thick and the screws wouldn’t catch the threads properly. It took much longer than it should have, and I had to redo sections multiple times. To make matters worse, the included Allen key stripped after just a couple of screws and didn’t fit the bolts properly. If you’re putting it together, definitely use your own tools. One of the most frustrating parts was the seat slats. You can’t get them in unless you loosen up the frame again after you’ve already secured it—which feels like going backwards and risks everything slipping out of place. Now that it’s assembled, I’ve been trying to enjoy it. The beige color is absolutely gorgeous—a warm, slightly speckled tone that fits beautifully with my decor. That’s definitely a highlight. Another major plus the entire couch is washable, which is rare and incredibly practical. That feature is probably the biggest trade-off for the comfort issues. Speaking of comfort—the seat cushions are very firm and slope down toward the center, so if you’re not sitting dead center, it can feel awkward. I’m hoping they loosen up over time, but for now, they’re not great for lounging. The back cushions are soft but under-filled, and the back itself is quite low—not nearly as supportive as it looks in the pictures. I’m planning to add throw pillows (maybe even a fluffy seat topper) to make it more livable. Overall, it’s a beautiful-looking couch with some thoughtful features like the washable covers, but the comfort and assembly left a lot to be desired. If you value aesthetics and easy cleaning more than comfort….. Noelle. Lakewood, OH. Sun Apr 26 2026

The couch is…fine. It looks like one of the big comfy lounge all day sofas, but it’s only in looks. The feather layer of the cushions is super thin and you immediately sink to the foam underneath. That would be fine if the foam underneath was good quality. It is not. It is surprisingly hard foam. That being said, for the 850 it cost, I’m not too upset. The linen type fabric is nice and the installation wasn’t too bad. Took me a few hours to do it solo. Having an Allen key drill bit will save you so much time. The foam takes a couple days to fully expand and the fabric is crazy wrinkled when first taken out of the vacuum seal bag. I steamed the fabric and the wrinkles came out almost immediately, so that was nice. The couch gives the look I wanted and is fine to sit on for a couple of hours. I would just spend more on a nicer sofa if ultimate comfort is your main priority. If cost is your main priority, then this will serve you just fine as long as you know what to expect!. Colby. FL.
