Wayfair delivered the item in great packaging, crated in a wooden box with plenty of wrapping inside. The tub arrrived with no damage, and was installed without issue. I love this tub, beautiful and nice and deep!...great for bubble baths and giving my house plants baths too:) I would give it 5 stars but my contractors had a very difficult time with the installation.
