The canopy bed is beautiful and was easy to assemble. The instructions included are accurate and easy to follow. I only knocked a star off because the top and bottom "F" pieces did not screw in on the left side of the bed because the screw holes didn't align properly. I even tried turning them around, flipping them upside down and swapping the places of the 2 bars, to no avail. But I just left the bars slotted into the brackets and I think it will be ok..they are just not secured with screws on that side of the bed. Most pieces are not straight, a lot of them (including all slats) do not have pre-drilled holes, and my husband and I had to push the two sides together to drill the slats into the bottom of the frame. It feels unsturdy and almost unsafe, but thankfully my child is young and pretty small (under 40lbs), so I think it will work for a while.
