Few critiques. 1. The bed in the image appears to be a solid white with a hint of wood grain if you look closely. However, the actual material is a yellow pine with a low-quality white wash finish. All the wood grain and knots are completely visible, and the color is more of a yellow/ tan tint. 2. The MDF balusters or posts also have a deep wood grain texture. Not very appealing. Would look nicer if it had a smooth finish 3. The number of planks supporting the beds has a minimum spacing of 7.5" between. Typical higher quality beds have a 4" spacing. This has the potential to damage the mattress. Also, no pilot holes for any of the screws, with no way to plug them up. 4. Nothing comes pre-built. Not a deal breaker but certainly inconvenient. 5.
