He was professional, polite in my home, and did an excellent job. Pretty easy to build and instructions were easy to follow. Only negative was a gap inbetween the doors that is about a 0.5in gap. Bought 2 of them and the sperate top and bottom halves made it easier for me to put together. Took about an hour to build. Nice bookshelf. Love the color palette and how detailed the instructions are. Took a while to put together but I did it without special tools. The finished piece is sturdy and good quality for the price. The one reason I took one star off is because I didn’t realize how narrow the shelf is.
