After a full month of use all is well so far. We tend to be fairly gentle with our sink and pans (stainless steel) in it while washing. We don’t leave food items sitting in the sink for long periods of time, and have not had any issues with it discoloring/staining. Features a decorative lip on both sides and all sides are glazed so the sink is reversible. Its glazed surface inhibits bacterial growth more than stainless steel. Due to the firing process, dimensions are nominal and may vary to actual up to 0.25". A note about fireclay sinks: due to the curing process, small surface cracks typically appear on the underside of the sink.
