The only reason I’m giving this dresser a 4* rating is the customer service !!! I received it and a very big amount of the parts were damaged or broken. No questions asked, they sent me a brand new one! However, it’s a pretty poor quality. The drawers don’t slide in smoothly and get stuck all the time. There is a separate piece that goes in the frame of the face of the drawers and is not properly glued to the frame so it all moves as you open the drawers. I had to glue them all myself so it doesn’t drive me crazy every time I open it. If you are looking for a quality dresser- I would not recommend this one! I need a slim profile dresser for my guest room. After considering options for over a year, I went ahead with this product, knowing that it has fabric drawers and is somewhat smaller than a standard dresser. I was able to fit all of my clothes with some new sorting decisions. Assembly was not bad, but I did have a few things backwards to adjust at the end. One plastic rail was broken but fortunately there were extra parts for all the small stuff. One disappointment's was the top cover is in 2 pieces with a center seam/gap. I covered that with decorative placemats. Another surprise was when I need to plug it in, the cord sticks out too far to properly anchor the unit to the wall. I just put this together by myself in about 2 hours. The instructions were very easy to understand and the pictures were very helpful. The drawers are a nice size, deeper than I thought and roll nicely without falling open. It’s great for what I wanted, which was a little extra storage along with keeping our “unmentionables”.. Ok I do like the dresser, however the drawers are very small. They are not deep at all. The other issue we had is one of the legs as well as the board in the center broke while assembling. I love the tall dresser. I gave it 4 stars because the handle was warpedbent and I finally gave up and put on a handle I had from my craft supply stash.
