My only complaint is that, after using for a period of time, we noticed the center was not raised enough and seemed to be slightly sagging. Shipping was very quick and to my front door without issue. For a heavy package (drawer dresser)I was afraid some of the contents would be broken, but everything survived perfectly. I found the directions very very easy to follow with pictures and step-by-step directions. Each item piece was tagged with a letter of the alphabet, which the directions referred to.
