I bought it for an upstairs laundry closet area where a normal size stacked washer and dryer just would not fit in my home. We are running the water lines next week and I honestly cant wait to get it installed up there, but for now the photos show it in my basement so I could try it out because I couldn’t wait. It’s compact, so I wouldn’t expect it to replace a full-size washer for giant loads, but that’s not really the point. For towels, clothes, smaller bedding, and regular day-to-day laundry, it seems like a really nice option. I like that it still has a lot of useful features like the AI Smart Dial, steam settings, and a quick cycle that works great when you just want to wash a smaller load without waiting forever. It also looks really sleek, and the size is a big part of why I chose it. It will fit perfectly in a smaller closet area where having laundry upstairs is actually possible, which makes it feel like such a practical upgrade for everyday use. It feels like a very smart solution for smaller in-between loads and added convenience. Another nice feature is that it’s WiFi connected. I wouldn’t say that’s something I really need, but it has actually been super nice to have. Getting it connected was a little finicky and took a couple tries, and that would be my only tiny nitpick because otherwise this machine is 5 stars all the way. Once it was connected, everything worked great. If you’re like me and throw in a load of laundry and then completely forget about it for a day or two, the phone notifications are a lifesaver and can save you from having to wash the same load all over again like I usually do Overall, I think this is a great option for someone who wants the convenience of a washer in a smaller space or on an upper floor. This washing machine is very easy to operate via its touch control panel. Heavy, Soft, Normal, Rapid and Soak programs, you are allowed to quickly start the machine as you need. You can customize washing program by selecting load size, adding additional wash time, rinse time and spin time as well.

Smaller than I expected but it gets the job done we have 7 people in our house which produces about 16.5 pounds of laundry weekly gets the job done in 1 and a half loads. Many people have reported flooding from this product but it is because they lave the faucet on full water leaving it alone but the machine has a valve inside that accepts water at times when need which you just turn on the faucet. The machine is able to dry the clothes about 95 which is about the same my local laundromat dries. this is way more cost effective than having to pay 7.70 per machine which we use two of at the laundromat. when it is done i just hang it up which dries in one day. Pleasantly surprised. Works really good, I never expected it to work that good. It is very quiet and agitates and spin stronger than expected. Never new anyone that had a portable washer. It would have been nice to have directions before starting but it wasn't hard to figure out. I haven't tried the air dry. *Edit* I think I figured out it just doesn't do small loads. It does have a strong wash cycle, but no delicate cycle or light load. Sometimes, I don't want a full load, I thought that was on the console. It washes so hard that it tangles the clothes really tight. I have to stand there and untangle them every so often, so they can rinse better. Also, why doesn't the the water stop when washer is full? Its too much to handle, not having a hose to connect to a sink faucet and having to find something to make sure the water goes in correctly. Plus you have to sit it in a tub to make sure it drains. This is a great little washer. The process is tedious having to start and manually switch between steps but the spin dryer is great. You can tell it gets most of the water out by how light the clothes come out of the spin dryer. Even with the summer humidity, everything has finished air drying overnight - not something that was guaranteed with my full sized washer. It holds more laundry than I expected. So far each load has been just enough to fit on my drying rack. I think it'll fit the queen sized sheets but not the quilt or comforter. Like other reviewers, I've been using my detachable showerhead to fill the washing tub so I can't say if the provided tubing works. The built in lint trap has not been trapping lint so I've used a mesh drain catcher and that's been working fine.
