The only issue that I have had, is cleaning the chocolate flavored ice cream.. Soap and Water is not quite enough, so I use One-Step cleaning solution that I have for my homebrewing. Solid machine, cools the refrigerated ice cream mix to "Ready to Serve" in 15-20 minutes. I used a 2 Wheel cart, added a shelf and mounted the Ice Cream Machine to it. Great product for the price. I've been using this machine at my boba shop for 2 weeks and it's not bad. However, not really a commercial rated product since the output is less than advertised. It's approximately 3-4 servings (170g per serving which is a standard) at once then wait 3-5 minutes for chamber to freeze soft serve again for reuse. The actual output is approximately 48-60 serving per hour at the most not 200 servings. It's still a bargain for the price and the quality of the soft serve ice cream it dispenses is excellent. Interesting process that the ice cream maker uses. Instead of the paddles moving within the frozen bowl. The actual bowl turns instead. Very novel approach and it works very well.
