Ultimately, I could not use it for my elderly mother, who had a stroke on the left side because that side was too weak to use her left leg to stand. I would highly recommend this chair for anyone who has a patient that can stand and support their weight on both legs as even two caretakers cannot make the chair work for a patient who is partially paralyzed.. I've called and I'm waiting for some help. I ordered the Mesa 30" x 40" walk in soaker tub with shower enclosure with light and there is no light and it doesn't fit well on the bottom portion. The bottom portion says it has an inline heater but no electrician or plumber could find one and it came with no instructions and the wrong manual so we're pretty sure the wrong one got sent so I am not sure the right tub top and bottom arrived. I'm waiting for HELP as I have contractors standing by and I've spent alot of money. Pros: if I get the right thing I think it will be great, I've purchased it for my handicapped parents and we're all kind of on hold til this thing gets right.
