Bought two. Each order comes in two separate boxes. I received three out of the four boxes on time, while one box was received days later! Besides this issue, the result was pretty good. Took a while to assemble the first one, but once you figure it out, it is not difficult. You just need to follow the instructions carefully. The only down side is that the low portion of the closet rod is way too low in order to hang anything!!! So I did not mount the hanging bar, and instead use it for my shoes, buying a shoe rack. I absolutely love this product. The quality is better than I expected for the price! My husband put it together and gave me the following feedback: 1. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. 2. The materials were of good quality and all pieces were present. 3. A power drill isn't required but there are so many screws that it saves your hand from blisters if you use a power drill as your screwdriver. All of the holes are predrilled though. 4. Since the boxes were incredibly heavy and our bedroom is on the smaller side, we opted to take all materials out of the box in the living room to organize first. Then we put a few of the smaller pieces together before carrying them upstairs for assembly in the bedroom. 5. 90% of the assembly is a one person job but it was helpful to have another person present to assist with hanging the doors. 6. One of the knobs on the door came apart from its adhesive but was quickly remedied by using a hot glue gun. I like the product so much that I am thinking of purchasing another one.. Michele. This piece was exactly as advertised. The final measurements were exactly as they should be. It is a decent quality. The instructions were very good, but I wish they had said that there was no need to remove baseboards. Each section is in 2 pieces and the top overhangs the bottom at the back by at least 1/4" so the baseboards fit behind it fine. Make sure you pay attention to the circles that show how to align the pieces correctly. Some of the screws were flat rather than pointed, which made it difficult to alight them correctly in the pilot holes. Some of the pilot holes did not go through the laminate, which make it more difficult to start the screws. Overall I am very happy with the piece and it fit perfectly in my closet.. Laura. Missouri.
