It was out of stock for months and is seriously expensive so I knocked it down a star. At first, when I ordered it they said I wouldn't get it for several more months (we're looking at close to a year wait at this point) but it showed up just a week after my order went through. The composter itself looks sturdy though it's too new to tell for long-term durability. It was easy to put together. I had my heart set on THIS composter, and sadly couldn't find it anywhere else, trust me I looked. I planned to turn it into R2D2. Which I did. The body took the spray paint well. I purchased this with the intent of using it for my furry son's play time (when out of his cage), but unfortunately, during the Christmas season, my husband fell on it as he assembled the gate to corale my pet in one area--away from our tree!!! Great suction. That's what counts. Easy to maneuver. The canister is a bit heavier than I expected, but quite manageable. I like the fact that it uses hepa bags. I bought this for my house, not commercial use. I have smooth floors throughout and a very tight woven carpet runner in the stairs. The accessories are a good variety. All and all, just what I was looking for. I've scene these in some buildings and have ways wanted one. Cheaper than a lot of household vacuums like Miele for instance.
