Solid nightstand at a reasonable price. I bought new bedroom furniture but the nightstands were way to wide for my room. I found these on Wayfair along with many others to choose from with a more narrow fit. Instructions were good, only one spot with 2 screws was a bit unclear but I was able to figure it out in the next step. Very heavy, solid peice. It is taller than a lot of nightstands which is nice given the thick mattresses, I don't have to reach down. Thanks to a few picture reviews I was confident the color would be close enough that it would not drive me crazy that they are not an exact match with the new bed frame and dressers. I love them!. This rustics 1 drawer and 1 door nightstand will bring a nice accent to your bedroom. New solid wood product in a burgundy stain and lacquer finish.

The nightstand looks pretty good. It did have a small dent on one edge. It was small enough that I decided not to make an issue of it, but it was clearly caused before packaging and shipping. It had some leftover sawdust and dirt from the factory or warehouse, but that was easily cleaned up. There is a brand marking/logo etched into the side of the drawer that is not shown in the photographs. It is not visible when the drawer is closed and I decided not to make an issue of this either though I will try and remove it or cover it. The drawer can easily slide all the way out of the night stand. I will be added a drawer stop to try and prevent this from happening accidentally. The built-in powerstrip on the top is perfect for plugging in lamps and charging phones, especially if the wall outlet is too cumbersome to reach. The drawer movement is smooth. It took a while to assemble though. I had to be very careful when following the pictorial instructions (picking the right pieces and hardware, screwing into the designated holes, etc.). A screwdriver is included but assembly would have gone much more quickly with an electric screwdriver. Also, the online description had conflicting specifications and I couldn't tell if I was getting one qty or two, but it turned out to be just one.
