Sturdy and looks nice. It is SMALL. I knew it would be, I had checked the measurements, but it still surprised me just how small it felt once it was put together. My husband and I are not very tall/big, otherwise it would not have worked for us. I took off one star because the bolts on the bottom of the glider, if inserted in the right direction, would have scraped against the glider when it was in motion. Also, the bolts that attach the back to the arms stick out and there are no covers for them. Yes, I double checked to be sure I used the correct bolts and that they were put in correctly. Perfect chairs for our small deck. These have the gliding system so you do have that rocking motion, and you have the adjustment in a lounging position, similar to the old aluminum lawn chairs. They are slightly more compact so fit well on small decks. Not too difficult to put together. I was impressed with how everything was packed, labeled and all the nuts and bolts were packaged separately and labeled instead of one big bag of parts. If you have a 1/2" socket wrench, use that.
