I loved this table when we got it. There was a very large flaw about the size of a dollar bill that I decided to live with. Then the first time we used it my glass sweat on the surface and it left a mark. I thought it would dry, the mark remained. Every drip leaves a permanent mark. When I tried to wipe the whole area, I took the gray was off. That was unacceptable to me so I lightly sanded the surface, filled the hole, gray washeded the surface and then put a finish coat on the whole thing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Suki 84 inch medium brown rectangular oak dining table by Mercana. It was delivered in two boxes on large pallets. Both boxes were very heavy. The table came in four pieces. Assembly was not difficult, but required two people due to the weight of the product. The table is very solid and sturdy. The finish is a nice color that can match many different options. The table top does have texture and grooves which may cause issues for families that have small children that have messy meals. I have been able to wipe up small spills and crumbs without very much getting stuck or left behind. Another thing to note is that our dog is no longer able to lay under the table like he used to due to the cross beam near the floor. This may be an issue for others too.
