I really like the desk. I've got all my books and art supplies in the hutch as well as a few vain trinkets on display up on the highest shelf with more space for storage throughout. The seven desk drawers fit just about everything I could need within arm's reach. Desk itself is sturdy, it doesn't shake around while I'm writing, doesn't feel flimsy and there are adjustable feet at the bottom to level it out. The first desk took us about 5 hours, and even knowing exactly what we were doing, the second still took about 4 hours. I would absolutely recommend having two people, plenty of space, and a whole lot of patience. That being said, the instruction manual was surprisingly clear and helpful. There are simply a LOT of pieces and steps involved. Once assembled, though Worth it. They look like much more expensive pieces of furniture and completely transformed our homeschool room. I especially love all of the drawers, cabinets, shelving, and built-in desktop outlets. If you’re willing to survive the assembly process, I highly recommend them.
