The leather on this couch has held up really well, but the “button” divot has popped out in a few areas. The couch is sturdy, but the arms are kind of high and hard to rest your head on. I absolutely love these couches and they are the most comfortable ones we’ve owned. The armrest are a design flaw. They flop outward every time you sit down, and would not stay down, and would flop constantly.
