Not a smooth leather like the photo used for the item. When reading the fine print of the product description it does indicate a rippled leather. Photo is deceiving and the look of the textured leather is cheap. Disappointed to say the least.. Cathy. Au Gres, MI. Mon Sep 14 2026

The good: These recliners are very comfortable and well made and a good size. The bad: They lean back a bit even when not sitting in them and if you are short like me, 5’2, your feet won’t touch the ground and it is hard to get out of because of the rocking mechanism. Not sure if that can be adjusted to have it in a no rock position. It’s impossible to reach out to the manufacturer.. Pam. VA. Wed Jun 04 2025

EXCELLENTO! Arrived on time. The big box got me a bit nervous but after opening it was a breeze for this 70 year old young woman to assemble it in no time. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING about my new chair, especially the messages, the heat....and yes....the lift! And THE PRICE WAS RIGHT for such a beautiful recliner. I'M IN LOVE WITH WAYFAIR NOW! UPDATE......Springs coming up pressing against leather seat and sitting is so uncomfortable and uneven and every so often when in recliner position the entire chair just drops with forceful landing. This happened at first but after a few times just stopped so I thought the issue had been resolved. I just got this Nov 5th 2025! So glad I purchased the insurance.! Unacceptable! Looking elsewhere for quality and comfort!. Evalyn. Junction City, OR. Sat Oct 10 2026
