Great chair love the color and it’s really comfortable . My husband can sit on all day .. Brenda. Melbourne Beach, FL. Mon May 04 2026

The Serene Ella combines Napa leather with luxurious inserts and waterfall armrests for a refined look. Its pre-shaped foam cushions and S-curve lumbar support ensure all-day comfort.

For a chair that costs over $1,000, I expected so much better! I really want to love this chair, but unfortunately, I was sent what appears to be a customer return. It was literally written right on the box that the customer had refused delivery. The box arrived severely damaged, and when I opened just the first layer, I found shredded Styrofoam everywhere and packaging that had already been opened. At that point, I stopped unpacking it because I honestly wasn't sure what I was going to find underneath or whether the chair itself had been damaged. For this price point, I absolutely expected to receive a brand-new chair in brand-new packaging—not someone else's refused delivery. I'm reaching out to Wayfair now and hoping they make this right because I was really excited about this chair.. Viktoria. Doylestown, PA. Sun Sep 20 2026

Is it an executive chair, mid-century modern design, or an ergonomic powerhouse more to the point, why should you have to choose with its click5 lumbar support, flip-adjust armrests, PU leather fabric, ReclineRock, classic colors, it all, and anything you want it to be.

Comfortable to recline in without massage in motion. Intense massager, has helped three family members ease tension and loosen sore tight muscles. Wish the massager went low enough to get gluteal muscles. It goes somewhat low, but the massage effect is very light.. Niger. CA. Sun Jul 08 2018

Absolutely the best furniture purchase I have ever made. I have a bad back and needed a good support zero gravity chair, this is heaven, it has great vibration, heat and comfort. Perfection. I am 73 female, I pushed it inside the doorway, unboxed and put it together all by myself, it was hard on my back, but the chair fixed all that when I sat in it. FED EX had it right at my door too. This Gesture chair was designed by Steelcase to be confident, intentional, and highly evolved with simple sophistication. The design was meant to inspire confidence that it would deliver a great experience time and time again. The key design driver was to fundamentally rethink the chair based on the movement of the human body and the way we work today. Gesture won the Neocon Gold Award in 2013.

Very happy with the colors I chose. Quality of material is high. It arrived pre-assembled in a giant box. It was well wrapped and there's not a nick or scratch on the chair. Since working from home I burnt through a $400 chair in 2.5 years. I decided to make the investment in a higher quality chair. So far when I sit in it my sciatica goes away and my body is just immediately comfortable. I'm only 5'3" and my feet can actually firmly be on the ground. Very happy that I went with the Gesture. It adjusts to fit my height and the arm rests come in closer. I think this chair would still be great for average height people, but it's adjustable so that it works for smaller builds too.. Sg. USA. Thu Dec 08 2022

This executive chair provides adjustable support for everyday desk work. Polyester upholstery and foam fill cushion the seat and high back, while built-in lumbar support and a headrest support comfortable positioning. Adjustable height accommodates different desk setups, while the swivel base and casters allow easy movement. Plus, the manual tilt mechanism includes tilt lock and adjustable tension for greater control over your seated position.

Build was easy. One of the leg pieces was bent. I had to hammer it a bit to get it to slide into place. Otherwise the instructions were easy to follow, and they provided spare screws and washers (appreciated). The chair is comfortable, height is adjustable. I ordered it in pink. It's a dusky, light pink colour, true to the photos on the website. It is a great addition to my home office!. Christopher. Jersey City, NJ. Thu May 14 2026
