The Mason Cash teapot is lovely. The teapot is perfect for 2-3 cups of tea. It isn't heavy so is not difficult to handle, with that being said, the Mason Cash products are substantial and very well made. I have several pieces of Mason Cash from dog bowls to large mixing bowl. I love the embossed floral design on this teapot. The top is secure so pouring is easy. The glaze is silky smooth. This is so pretty! I’m doing a kitchen refresh and decided this would look great on the stovetop between the green cabinets with the off white tiles (not yet installed). The whistle is annoyingly loud, so you will hear it no matter where you are. You do have to flip the spout cover up independently of the handle I don’t mind, but you might.
