Very firm and supports the neck without causing cramping of my neck which is a problem I have had with other travel pillows. I have tried several different ones, even ones I had to blow up myself. Just as stated in the product description the rayon bamboo covering is cooling, soft and so cozy feeling that I kept it around my neck while trying it out sitting on the couch. As stated above my neck can get cramped and stiff, this is due to degenerative arthritis. Sitting at my laptop for periods of time can cause my neck to lock, but this pillow has allowed me to spend a little more time on it. Shouldn't have been so surprised when the description says head and neck support. I can’t wait for my trip in July to try it out on the plane. This pillow is not bulky either and comes in a neat zip up carrying case with a handle. Or you can put it in a carry on easily because it won’t take up a lot of space. Love it. It also has a snap to keep it snuggly in place around your neck.. Rosalind. Charlotte, NC. Sun May 04 2025

Before using our sauna backrest, please briefly assemble the headrest. First, adjust the height and angle to your preference. Then align the holes and tighten the screws by hand. Important Tips: Our upgraded screw design allows for tool-free installation—simply tighten with one hand, no wrench needed. For smooth angle adjustment, gently tighten the screw just until it engages; there’s no need to turn it in deeply. The headrest is only fully secure when you’re leaning against the backrest. This is especially useful for infrared saunas and helps protect your skin from burns caused by heating plates. During use, the wooden panel may squeak with adjustments; this is normal. We recommend placing three rectangular towels on the bench, behind the backrest, and under the headrest to further protect the wooden surface.

Unlike other massage therapy tools which tend to be either basic and toy-like or over-sized with too many knobs and handles, the Selfie Massager was designed to be the ultimate massage tool since each therapy node and spike can be used on every part of the body from the neck to the feet. Only your imagination is standing in the way of this tool’s versatility. Ideal muscle massage tool for bringing relief to a patch of muscles in spasm (knots) or trigger points. By applying pressure to the affected muscle patch, blood circulation is stimulated bringing in more oxygen and nutrients for faster muscle relief and recovery. There are a myriad of trigger points throughout the body located in the neck, shoulders, back, torso, thigh/hips, legs, and feet.
