Weighted Headrest For Recliner

Elevate your low-back legless sofa with this 3-pack ergonomic headrest set, expertly crafted for tall users and featuring a sturdy metal frame with soft corduroy covers. Custom-fit for sofas ≤28.5" in height, it delivers reliable neck/head support, requires only simple assembly for quick setup (no drilling/permanent mods), and is easy to maintain with a damp cloth wipe—ideal for 3-seat, modular and L-shaped couches.

The support head rests worked exactly as I wanted them to. The backing of the couch I got from Wayfair does not support the cushions so, when I would sit down, my head would just fly back into the wall behind me. These headrests provide the perfect buffer to keep the cushions up straight and make the couch comfortable.. Rebecca. Louisville, KY. Thu Mar 19 2026

Bring all-day comfort to your patio, porch, or sunroom with this headrest pillow made with durable Sunbrella performance fabric. The solid color cover is woven from Sunbrella performance fabric, a solution-dyed acrylic that resists fading, water, mildew, and UV rays so colors stay rich through full-sun summers, surprise rain showers, and salty coastal air. Measuring 19"W x 8.5"L, 3.25" thick, this headrest pillow is built to fit a wide range of outdoor furniture, making it a smart pick on chaise loungers around the pool, on deck recliners, and on patio sun chairs for next-level relaxation. Inside, a supportive foam core holds its shape after hours of sitting without flattening or sliding. Spot clean with mild soap and water and let air-dry — the fabric is designed to handle rinse-and-dry care without losing its finish. The insert is included, so it arrives ready to use right out of the box. The removable cover unzips for easier washing between seasons. Designed and constructed for outdoor use, so the comfort you set out in spring is still there at the end of the season — ready for next year's patio season too.

Excellent material. Excellent design. Arrived quickly and as described. I did give this product a full 5-star rating but please note that the ties are not long enough to wrap around both the cushion and the patio chaise without squishing the pillow. It's perfect if you want to just wrap it around the chaise pillow.. Lynne. Palm Harbor, FL. Thu Oct 15 2026

The pillow is filled with high-density, premium blown fiber that provides the right amount of support along with incredible comfort. An ergonomic shape was designed for muscle relief and can be used for either the head or neck. To use, simply drape it over the headrest of your recliner, then adjust it to your desired position. Once placed in position, the strap will ensure it stays in place. The strap features a weighted end so that it balances the pillow to keep its positioning. There is also a zipper on the underside that will allow you to add or remove the filler to find the optimal support you desire.

Awesome.. I ve got 4 of them!!!. Michael. Helotes, TX. Fri Sep 25 2026

Before using our sauna backrest, please briefly assemble the headrest. First, adjust the height and angle to your preference. Then align the holes and tighten the screws by hand. Important Tips: Our upgraded screw design allows for tool-free installation—simply tighten with one hand, no wrench needed. For smooth angle adjustment, gently tighten the screw just until it engages; there’s no need to turn it in deeply. The headrest is only fully secure when you’re leaning against the backrest. This is especially useful for infrared saunas and helps protect your skin from burns caused by heating plates. During use, the wooden panel may squeak with adjustments; this is normal. We recommend placing three rectangular towels on the bench, behind the backrest, and under the headrest to further protect the wooden surface.
