This is a nice weighted blanket. I like that it comes in larger sizes to cover the whole bed. The cover is super soft and comfortable. The insert slides around inside of it a bit, like a comforter in a duvet. Sometimes we have to straighten it back out, but it's not bad. I do like that it comes off for you to wash it. Gorgeous color and exactly the style I wanted, however it's SO delicate there are already small pulls in several places after about 6 months of use. I do not have any pets and it's just me, so this is a very delicate fabric. I am nervous to wash it because I don't want it to be ruined. I would definitely not recommend this for someone with pets or for kids. There are also no ties inside, so the down comforter inside moves around a lot, which is frustrating.
