Overall the couch is comfortable, easy to assemble, and is a good value for the price. The couch comes in 6 very large boxes, but actual assembly was probably only 45 minutes. At least half of this was taking the items out of the box and moving the boxes out of the way, so the actual assembly is fast and very easy. The couch itself is very large but exactly what I was looking for. Width wise, two adults can lay fully end to end but the most comfortable spots are the armed corners. They provide a perfect spot to relax and watch tv or read (or nap). The couch is soft and plush, but has a firmness that makes it so you don’t immediately sink in. I think it’s a great balance and am really happy with how firmplush it is. When you first start to assemble it, you will think it’s going to be too low, but wait until the feet and cushions are on and it ends up being just right. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. Omg this is a great sectional very sturdy super soft and light weight but somehow will not tip over the cushions zip off as well as all the outter layers on each piece for easy cleaning and it all attaches underneath so the pieces all stay together this is perfect for littles as there are no hard parts for them to hurt themselves on..
