The seersucker material is definitely unique from other sets I have had and really make it, but also means its not quite as soft as a brushed cotton; that is literally the only downside. It goes great with my bedroom set and fits a standard queen with plenty of room. The included shams with ties on the back are also a nice touch and make it a but different than others I have with zippers or flaps. We will see how the set holds up in the wash but initially seems like nice quality, medium-weight bedding that can withstand some wear; I also suspect it may get softer over time which would make me love this set even more!. Love everything about this duvet cover. The print is really nice. The feel is soooooo soft. It is really well made. Quality is excellent. I would have liked there to be interior ties all around to hold the duvet in place. There are only ties at the corners and wiith a king size, it shifts more than it should....
